All funding decisions are made by independent third-party lenders in our network. Approval, terms, and funding amounts are subject to each lender’s underwriting criteria.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, operate a legitimate business in the United States, and have authority to legally bind the business entity you represent. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. No Guarantee of Funding
Submitting an application through Elevator Advance does not guarantee approval or funding. All offers are subject to lender review and approval. Interest rates, terms, and maximum loan amounts vary by lender, product type, and applicant qualifications.
5. Soft Credit Inquiry
Applying through Elevator Advance initiates a soft credit inquiry only, which does not affect your credit score. A hard credit inquiry may be performed by the lender only if you accept an offer and proceed to closing.
6. Communications Consent
By submitting a contact or application form, you provide express written consent for Elevator Advance and its lending partners to contact you via phone, SMS/text message, and email regarding your application and funding options. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
